About the jobYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performing employee lifecycle-related processes from hire to retire (such as time and attendance, hiring, separation, job changes, changes in working hours, etc.)
- Delivering best-in-class HR services to employees and managers, responding to employee inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders
- Maintaining high data quality in HR systems throughout the employee lifecycle and generating various reports from Workday and the time and attendance system
- Delivering presentations on various HR topics and processes, and participating in global and local HR projects
- Updating operational manuals and creating knowledge articles
About youWe are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
- Experience with Workday is required
- Experience with a time and attendance system
- Good command of Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Spanish and Italian
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Team-oriented, with the ability to work and interface effectively across all levels of the organization
- Innovative mindset and a can-do attitude whenever possible
