Who we are looking for:
We're looking for motivated, enthusiastic, positive people with friendly approach to join our Customer Support team for part-time position (4-hours or 6-hours shift).
Someone that will strive to improve and deliver best customer experience while aligning with our team spirit.
We'll build your knowledge with a comprehensive onboarding training course and make sure you hit the ground running by providing you with regular tailored 1:1 learning and development sessions. This will cover everything from product knowledge, promotional materials to the ever-changing procedural landscape of this sector.
You'll be working as part of fun, fast paced, multicultural business that offers plenty of opportunities to grow. Develop, expand and learn how to be better communicator and professional!
What you'll be doing:
- Communicating with customers via email and live chat
- Keeping up to date with our products and promotions
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across the entire international business
- Delivering a first class service to our customers in line with departmental KPI's
What you'll bring to the table:
- Fluent written and spoken language skills in the one of the following languages: German/ Italian
- Good English language skills
- Standard computer literacy skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail is advantage
- Good communication skills
- Capable of prioritizing and multitasking workloads
