Inviting applications for the role of Customer Service Process Specialist - Senior Process Associate - Italian- Hybrid Katowice
Perform operational tasks within Logistic Claims area. Resolution of tasks accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target. Responsible to ensure Logistic Claims processes compliance with related financial controls. Coordinating all required continuous improvement actions. Ensure efficient cooperation with warehousing, distribution and transportation.
Responsibilities
- Registering non-standard orders (Consignment, Samples, Free Stock etc.) according to general rules
- SAP creation of manual and semi-automated orders based on business rules and DTPs
- Responsible for blocked idocs - automatic order creation (EDI -Electronic Data Interchange) and solving the problems to be able to create the sales order,
- Increasing automation level
- Regular Error Log monitoring and analysis and solving the issues
- Identifying improvements opportunities and sharing them with the team
- Cooperation with Order Validation and Customer Facing to solve issues on the orders and ensuring its proper system registration,
- Responsibility for the process (knowledge of procedures, business rules, tools) in respective process area and its correlation to linked functions
- Maintenance and regular validation of master data for semi-automatic order entry (Elemica)
- Understanding of order entry tools (Elemica, Mass OE tool)
- Understanding of OE KPI
- Supporting UATs
- DTP (Desktop Procedures) update
- New Joiners onboarding and being first point of contact for OE junior
- BCP execution
Minimum qualifications
• University Graduate (min. Bachelor)
• Experience in Customer Service Area
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Ability to set priorities and to work effectively under pressure of time and results
