Flowserve is looking for a Credit & Cash Collection Analyst to join a growing Shared Service center for a $4Bn Global US based company. The Business Support Center is based in Hungary and serves the North American and EMEA regions.
Your role is to ensure the outstanding invoices of our customers are paid in a timely manner, this means that you are keeping in touch with customers, internal stakeholders and other colleagues, within and outside of the Business Support Center.
In case the customer raises any issues, those need to be tracked, opening a dispute in the different ERPs.
Your Role - Manage collection portfolio by monitoring and collecting open invoices
- Build a strong relationship with customers, internal and external business partners
- Credit management related activities
- Support the organization in the timely closing of monthly accounting periods
- Enhance the process improvement culture
Your Profile - Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred but not essential
- 0 - 1-year relevant experience, fresh graduates are welcome
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required, Italian and/or Arabic are an advantage
- Good analytical, research and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
