Credit Management & Collection Analyst (Italian Speaking) - Your future role?

As a Credit Management and Collection Analyst you will handle cash collection, credit risk assessments and order release, make decisions about customers' credit limit and order release, and participate in business calls. Your work will play a major role in maximizing revenue and mitigating credit risk. You will also collaborate with our sales team to maintain an effective credit control system, besides interacting and working with customers to ensure their expectations are met and their credit fits in with the current risk portfolio.

In this position you will be based in Budapest and will report directly to the Credit Management & Collection Team Lead.

In this exciting role you will be responsible for:

• Achieving Credit & Collection KPI goals
• Researching and evaluating clients' credit rating
• Proactively contacting Clients and Sales
• Escalating and following up the necessary actions
• Making decisions about customer order release
• Investigating and resolving queries both internally and externally around disputed invoices
• Managing the timely and effective collection of all debts

• Preferalby 2 years of experience working in a relevant field
• Fluency in Italian and English, any other European language will be a plus
• Intermediate Excel skills
• SAP knowledge is an asset
