ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity to support our successful Italian Business Development team here in Berlin as a Business Development WS/Intern - Italian Market (m/f/d) To be successful as a Business Development WS/Intern, you should be willing to learn as much about the company as possible and be able to spot opportunities that have been overlooked by others. Outstanding interns are problem solvers who know the value of building lasting, professional relationships with clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Analyse: You're up for sourcing the current market of small and large businesses and finding exciting customer segments that can benefit from our pliant credit card solution via cold calling and reach outs
  • Select Channels: You have a desire to work creatively and select different channels and strategies for the Italian market
  • Customer advocacy: You take ownership and communicate skillfully to contact potential customers and build a strong customer pipeline
  • Understanding: It's important to you to know your contact's needs and problems, ask the right questions and listen to them in order to pick up your customers where they are at the moment


WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • You enjoy working with customers, are communicative and know how to relate to your contact persons
  • You are curious and always seeking to innovate on how we can achieve our business goals
  • You are always asking yourself how you can improve in individual situations, you are happy to receive feedback and are eager to develop yourself further
  • You have energy, like to work independently and are strongly self motivated
  • You are interested in FinTech and the digitalisation of the financial industry
  • You speak fluent Italian and also English, both written and spoken
  • You have a university degree with outstanding grades and are looking to utilise what you have learned in a dynamic business environment
