The Key for Business team is looking for an experienced Business Developer to help build out our Sales program in Germany, Spain, Italy and France. In addition, you will help develop and manage key outsourced Customer Acquisition Centers (CACs) and help build out our internal sales (IS) footprint. You will partner with Directors and Heads of Sales teams to develop and optimize growth policies/initiatives, identify short-term and long-term goals, drive and develop scalable methods of tracking production, and deep-dive to resolve sub-par performance. You will own specific CAC relationships end-to-end, and seek to identify new potential CAC partners across Germany.
Our CAC Managers oversee 50+ sales reps, both in the field and inside sales. You will be accountable for ensuring that the best-in-class sales reps are hired and trained, and that growth initiatives are executed in line with Amazon’s customer obsessed culture. You will be responsible for coordinating with KfB’s Operations team to ensure that customer installations are booked and executed in a timely, friction-free, and professional manner. You will partner with KfB’s Business Intelligence, Scheduling and Forecasting teams to provide recommendations that optimize CAC performance and playbook as we expand the program.
From an IS standpoint, this is a multifaceted role, requiring the ability to establish senior level relationships with the property management sector (PMCs, property owners, property managers, housing associations, etc.) as well as the services sector (real estate firms, commercial realtors). You will own and grow a book of business and be responsible for execution of internal sales, scheduling with key install provider partners and POCs, and own these relationships end-to-end. This will include ensuring optimal customer experience from the Key for Business installation with improved reliable customer deliveries and driver access for AMZL. You will be expected to support Operations’ management of the day-to-day relationships with partners, while continuing to identify new channels and partners, for Key for Business product distribution.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Minimum C1 English + Italian is a MUST
• Relevant years of experience in business development
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
• History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Master’s degree or higher
• Experience defining and communicating project objectives, status, and performance metrics to key stakeholders
• Experience with negotiating, and executing commercial contracts
• Possess a strong record of customer focus
• Have a record of accomplishment of delivering results in a scrappy, fast-paced environment
• Experience in internal sales programs is a plus.
