We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Senior International Talent Acquisition Specialist with fluency in English and Italian to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent across international markets while driving best practices in sourcing strategies and employer branding.
What you'll be doing Key tasks and responsibilities: - Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across various regions, with a focus on English- and Italian-speaking markets.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to identify passive candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles and future hiring needs.
- Leverage data analytics and recruitment metrics to track sourcing effectiveness and optimize hiring strategies.
- Collaborate with employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's presence in global talent markets.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and emerging talent acquisition technologies.
What you'll need to succeed Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition and sourcing, preferably in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written).
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong expertise in advanced sourcing methodologies and talent mapping.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data-driven insights in recruitment decision-making.
