Job Description:Alantra FIG Credit Solutions - The leading independent arranger of credit transactions, supporting banks, mutuals, fintechs and lending platforms with a range of funding and capital solutions through structured credit and ABS transactions, SRT, partnerships, and whole loan portfolio sales.
- Our approach builds on a deep understanding of the underlying credit assets , market leading analytical capabilities, and deep relationships across the investor and lender industries.
Based in London or Dublin, you will work in a highly entrepreneurial and inspiring environment and become an integral part of our FIG team, specifically in the Credit Solutions area.
The day-to-day tasks will include:
- Support in execution of active mandates: Preparation of marketing materials, modelling and valuation analysis, review of transaction contracts, data-room management, etc.
- Marketing initiatives: Preparation of market, strategic and credit profile analysis, supporting senior management with client contact and engagement.
Associates have direct exposure to all seniority levels internally, as well as direct client contact where possible.
Requirements:• 2-4 years experience within a rating agency, Big 4 firm modelling/valuations team, Investment Bank SPG team, or relevant boutique.
• Native or fluent Italian and English language skills
• Excellent financial modelling ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Python/R, or other data analysis capability preferred
• Drive, enthusiasm, creativity and excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in reviewing analysts/associates work, valuations, and training, mentoring and pitch presentations
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
