The Product Team - Research Division, Potentialpark, Stockholm, Sweden

This is a fully remote or hybrid opportunity.

Since 2002, Potentialpark has been providing professional market research and consulting services with the aim to improve the communication between talent and employers. We are now looking for a team of organized, team-oriented project employees with a native level of Italian who are interested in taking part in a 2 weeks paid research project, for the period of October 14th - October 25th 2024.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This project is part of our annual Field Period for the Potentialpark Study about career websites, applying online and the communication between employers and job seekers on social networks and mobile devices.

You will be part of an exciting team experience, working together with an international team. Together, we will evaluate hundreds of companies' career channels and gain valuable insights into online recruitment and employer branding. On top of that, you will get the chance to learn more about our company and get to know us better. Who knows, this might be the start of a brand new career!

WHO YOU ARE

To succeed in this role, you:
  • Are organized and able to track tasks
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Are able to perform under high stress and pressure and deliver on time
  • Are curious and have the ability to learn new things quickly
  • Are full of energy


We expect you to:
  • Be enrolled at university or have a university degree; minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Have a native level of spoken and written Italian
  • Be able to attend the training sessions and work full-time throughout the whole project


PRACTICALITIES

3 mandatory training sessions of 3 hours each (October 4th, October 9th, and October 11th from 15.00-18:00) and a homework assignment (8 hours)

1st week: 14 - 18 October 2024: 40 hours (regular office hours)

2nd week: 21 - 25 October 2024: 40 hours (regular office hours)

Salary for entire project: 11 000 SEK gross
